Troyz34
Do I use my old belt or do I have to change it and if I do what size? THanks
BSER
Old belt should work fine, the tensioner will take up slack, the new pulley is only .2" smaller than your old one.
BenKey
I believe the stock belt would work, but I also think you could go a half inch smaller and it would still fit. Your stock belt (K061120) is 112.5" long, the one that came with the system. So, if you went to the next smaller it would be a K061115, which is 111 and 7/8" long. blownchevy
Stock belt will work fine.......If you see dust around the snout brace then you are getting blet slip and shoud change to a .5 smaller belt.

So, that is where the dust is coming from. Kind of thought that's what it was, but didn't think that it was a result of slippage. Just thought it was normal wear and tear. Glad I got the gator grip to put on then.

BenKey
What size belt is it? It's a 4061112.
blownchevy
Should be ok with that size. The tensioner will take up most of the slack. With the smaller pulleys I like to add a bigger idler to create more belt wrap.
