silverado777
I just ordered some obx LT headers. Are the gaskets that come with it good or do I need to up grade to copper gaskets?

red454
I installed the OBX long tube headers a couple of months ago and just reused the stock manifold gaskets. No leaks so far and had a 1600 mile road trip half of which was towing a car.

The multiple layer gaskets from GM are about the best your gonna get
shadowsniper3006
i used the obx gaskets that came with the headers....no problems at all. I think the gm gaskets match the head port size but they are to small for the obx tube. The obx match the pipe size and are just a little bigger around the port on the head.
