Did this truck ever sell? Thought I saw it down here in San Diego a few days ago...

When trying to pass Ca emmisions its not about duration or lift, but overlap..The rule of thumb is -4* is the minumum required to pass..And the more negative overlap you have the better..I passed with my 222/226 .597/.601 114+3 in my LS1 in my 01 RCSB Sierra..You could also contact PatG and have him spec you a Ca friendly cam

For a stock to mildly modded engine single 3" is plenty...I make 400rwhp with dual 2 1/2" to a single 3"..Plus you can use thePacesetter ORY instead of fabbing for duals.....

The short answer is NO..For one, LT headers arte illegal..so you fail the visual..And the cats cannot be moved..does every single tech know where they orig were?? The long answer is Yes with a little creativity...I passed with the 2 1/2" version with lt's..I went to JBA and got a CARB label and tig/tack welded it on my primary..then put a 195* tstat and spot on tune...just have to know the right people... -Passing the visual and passing the sniffer arte two seperate obstacles
