ajswenson
I had the same question with a k&n off of a 2002 5.3 going on to a 2007 v max. What did you do with the little breather hose that the 6.0 had that the 5.3 didn't?
mightbstock
mine did not have a 'breather hose' that I am aware of.. unless its just been so long ago. If thats the case, then I am currently no longer utilizing this such hose.

mightbstock
no problem. I will check tomorrow on my old intake to see if there is such a hose. Not sure if it makes a difference or not, but is your sierra a nnbs, or the classic style?
ajswenson
no problem. I will check tomorrow on my old intake to see if there is such a hose. Not sure if it makes a difference or not, but is your sierra a nnbs, or the classic style? Mine is the NNBS, I should really get some pictures posted. The breather hose comes out of the passenger side of the motor I think out of the valve cover. and connects directly to the stock intake.
