What did the guy say the problem was with the powder coat not sticking? Just tape the plastic grill off, and hit it with some rattle can, It doesnt have to be perfect since you have the other grill on top. However looks alright for a home job. thats what i figured too. he told me he stripped it 2 or 3 times and this was the best he could get it. but it looked fine to me thanks for the nice comments guys!
