jbrim
I tried to take the 3.3" pulley off last night to throw on the 3.0" but had no luck. Is there any secret to getting it off, or special tools that would aid in the process? Any info would be helpful, thanks.
BenKey
Get a strap wrench on the pulley, take the nut off, tap it off with a rubber mallet. The nut is on pretty good. Tap the new one on and be sure it reaches it's stop, put the nut back on to either 25 or 30ft lbs. Can't remember which.
CraigBa
I installed a 2.9 pulley on my supercharger, but the 3.3 pulley pulled right off. You can borrow a pulley puller from Autozone , and its free. If your talking about the nut a impact wrench works great. To put it back on I would do what Benkey said. BenKey
You don't need a puller for these pulleys.

I torqued mine to 30. just be gentle with it when you are tapping the new one on, wouldn;t want to rattle anything around in there.
