SSThunder
I'm running 305/40/22's. The fronts rub but I have a 2/2 drop. It doesn't rub a lot but does get on my nerves so I would go with a tire like a 295 or 285 depending on the rim.

essess
Has anyone had any rubbing issues with going with a wider tire on a stock setup?
dubdaddy420
well I went ahead and went with 305/40/22 and im very dissapointed. They are just way to big imo, they rub as much as my 24's did. So im going to get 285/35/22. I think it will just work better with my 3/4 drop. Jond983
i was thinking of a 2/3.5 drop on mine but i'll know i have to run a 285-45-22 tire
dubdaddy420
i was thinking of a 2/3.5 drop on mine but i'll know i have to run a 285-45-22 tire That tire is actually taller than a 305/40/22, you are probably going to need to run smaller than that. slammedbowtie
thanks for askin. i wasnt sure what size to run. i really wanted 305s but right now with the drop at full lock, i cant even fit my finger between the fender well and the tire, anything wider i will rub and im gettin 22's soon, so i guess a 285 is all i cant fit. boo! SilveradoEsEs
Has anyone had any rubbing issues with going with a wider tire on a stock setup? I run the General Grabber UHP 295/50/20 on the factory 20's with no rubbing.
