detjoe
Ok here goes: A local car club has road course events. the running joke is: can trucks run? we get denied. but we always ask. so this year the guys have told us if we can get a group of 12-14 we can have our own class. This might be an event of Z5 if people show their interest. they are going back and forth about going to the best course near us AND good for beginners. This is casual, the rule is you cant drive faster than your ability. let me know if you are interested and I'll gget dates. happy driving joe
Black2003SS
This sounds pretty cool. I personally dont think I would run because I cant afford to replace diffs and transmissions, but waterford hills is nice. I've seen quite a few nice sports cars shiny side down out there. BOB47
Waterford Hills is a nice track. Ran my old Trans-am there years ago. Lots of fun but I ended up getting the brakes so hot that the front rotors warped. Lots of fun though.
zippy
Damn it, if I were up there I'd run the truck. Hell I'd probably even run the wife's Tahoe.
thomp62301
Dang I would LOVE to do that. Always wanted to run the ss on a road course. Hell of a drive though.
ImpoSStor SS
My Impala SS has been alot of fun at Waterford Hills but I don't think I want to run the truck there. I'd love to watch a bunch of trucks on a road course though.
F1SSS
Damn this is something I seriously want to do, enough of racing in the snow. Formula 1 Silverado SS time. Just wish I was closer.
DAVECS2
Hey I am up for it. I would be running an SD if that is alright. Every one can watch in amazment as my rear wheels steer and burn out at the sametime.
detjoe
they might change to locationj to a better beginner track...Gratten (I could be worng) Looks like a few of the locals will bring their TBSS and Turd out so if we get 6 people interested it looks like it will work. Guy you dont have to push it that hard...you go your speed and wave people around. Stewart- We need your truck looking all badass going around the track. DAVECS2
Gingerman would be the closest for me. This will be good since I am going to be racing my trailor vehicle. So it needs to be under it own power there and on the way back.
