dubdaddy420
That would be ok. I only drag race the truck anyway. I guess I should just buy some hangers and do it right, huh? Yep just do it right the first time, i'm pretty sure it would hurt your 60ft and launches too.
RacerJJ
What's so difficult about installing hangers anyway?
04CHASE
as long as you have the tools nothing . ive gotten pretty good with an oxy torch so i just use that . but you can use a cut off wheels and slice an x in the rivets and then air hammer them out. but yeah they are riveted to the frame so thats why they suck and most of the time you cant get the nuts on the driver side without loosening the gastank . but imo its not that hard . haul@ss
yeah do it right the first time and get the hangers. Chase covered it all. Its not the hardest thing to do, just a hassle dealing with the rivets if you don't have a torch or cut off wheel. G'luck
dubdaddy420
I've flound the best way to do them, with out a torch is to take a drillbit almost the size of the rivet and drill all the way through it. Then take an air hammer or a hammer and chisel and just tap them, and they fall right off. They are really pretty simple just takes some time.
