IndySilveradoSS
sorry for the delay everyone.. been lazy as hell! anyway, i did a how-to with schematics and pics, so hopefully it'll halp anyone who wants to do this mod, it's really pretty easy. My main problem was getting the extension for the brackets to fit right (i'm no fabricator, and patience is something i really don't have..lol) how to will be up by end of day Edited May 29, 2009 by INDYSS03 (see edit history)

Bluestreak04
Not to hi-jack the thread, but I did this earlier today. I took a couple of pics of the way I mounted the fogs without cutting the brake ducts. Just so you get an idea. I know there is other ways of doing this but this is the way I did it. I cut 4 metal brackets to 6" a piece. Also used metal self tapping screws to attach the brackets to the fogs. My truck had the foglamp connections already, all I had to do is purchase the dash switch with the foglight lamp switch and also add the foglamp relay in the underhood electrical center. IndySilveradoSS
thaks blue, that's pretty much what i did. if you don't mind, i'm gonna paste those in the how-to section, and add the wiring diagram. thanks again!!
Bluestreak04
Be my guest help yourself! BTW what did you have to re-wire to get the fogs to work? You didn't have the branches for the foglight wiring? Edited June 2, 2009 by Bluestreak04 (see edit history)
1 Fast SS
Cool, can you change the bulbs to HID's or some blue ones to match your headlights? Nice boat in the backround too! It's hard to tell, but is it a Scarab?
IndySilveradoSS
yes, the bulb changes over to a high beam 9005 bulb, i'm gonna get two 9005 sets, so i'll have 10 k lows, highs, and fogs...blind time!!
