Re-doing Exhaust

Hey guys. I just got my truck back from the trans shop and they had to hack up my exhaust to get to the transmission. So I'm going to cut out the rest and re-do it. I want to set up a clamp between the cats and the headers and I was wondering if a V-clamp would do the trick or if it would just leak and be too much trouble then it's worth.

Here is a link to the clamps i'm looking at:

Thanks in advance guys

i bought a bunch of clamps and have settled that these are the best for clamping force on stainless pipes with out damaging the pipes.

however, here are some others i have come across in my battle to find the perfect clamp, and yes i did put time into into finding exhaust clamps because a leak pissed me off that much.
