malibutwins Posted November 25, 2009 Report Share Posted November 25, 2009 So as you all know I am doing a 408 with a 250 shot. I was wondering if I should rebuild my transfer case. RICE EATER Posted November 25, 2009 Report Share Posted November 25, 2009 theres alot of guys faster and makin more power then me.. my truck has gone 12.300 and ive stretched the chain once.. rebuildit and just pulled it out because the rear bushin spun.. so i had to put a new case half on it.. i think that was kinda a freak thing tho.. i dont know if anyone makes a better chain its pretty heavy duty already..i guess i would just run it till u hear it start skippin and then replace it.
