12'SROCK Posted December 11, 2009 Report Share Posted December 11, 2009 i like it to lock up because i feel it gives more topend....ill give it a try later Thats just it, everyone says it "feels" like it pulls better but it actually puts more load on your drivetrain slowing you down.... Most everyone runs a quicker ET with it unlocked. After all the ONLY purpuse of a torque converter clutch lock up was to have better MPG in a automatic.
