04CHASE Posted February 4, 2010 Report Share Posted February 4, 2010 cast wheels are heavy no matter what , less metal is less weight so the smaller the spokes the less they will weigh. i see alot of wheels here in so cal and black chrome to me looks like its just dirty chrome wheels . cool idea maybe would work on other parts but not on wheels imo. A buddy of mine has a set of Cobra R rims on his Stang GT which are chrome but at certain lights and especially at night they look like black chrome.
