superchevything Posted April 16, 2010 Report Share Posted April 16, 2010 (edited) Yeah CA has the most Fd up rules for smog thanks to the the tree huggers.....I went to a muffler shop to see whats up and the guy was talking about 700 bucks a piece for CA smog legal cats so screw that im still throwing on my LTs this weekend now that i got the time to do it no cats too take that tree huggers.
