Wtb - A Monitoring Guage

After having a few engine issues lately I'd like the ability to monitor some of my OBDII stuff real time. After a quick look around I saw the Edge Performance Guage but at $500 it's abit much. I also looked into the Gtech products but didn't see anything I liked. After another look around I found the PLX stuff and the Multi Guage looks kinda cool but it's $399. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

I'm going to have a close look at both PLX and Aeroforce. Does this look like a suitable guage pod?

there is the scan guage II, autozone sells it for under $200. Pulls codes and reads some real time parameters.

PLX seems good but those modules start adding up.

 

I have recently started searching "OBD II Hack" on the interweb and have found alot of cool info, sharware, data logging...kind of DIY HPtuners, I believe I found the circuit diagram for the tuners box (hackers )

 

I would make sure what ever you get it will support a wideband hookup, which will save you down the line getting one.
