I do a list and then write down whose watchign and whose racing. What t shirt sizes they take. As they pay on paypal i keep the list going with a updated price ie track 5800 lets say we have 30 people said racing ill say 2000 then on bottom is how much im still out of pocket. This is because I have a always changing work schedule and 3 small kids who have priority. I don't mean to be difficult, that's just the way it is. I have a feeling it's that way for a lot of people.
