tawss04
I had a bunch of parts and a Blazer sitting at my shop. There is a pretty good Mud park about 15mins from me so I decided to put something together. It is an 87s-10 Blazer w/a 5.3l eng and converted to carburator. I'm waiting for a set of F-body LS shorty headers, I have a couple of 1 chamber Flowmaster mufflers I'm going put on it. The tranny is a 700R4 and the rest of the running gear is stock. The engine fits pretty good. I had to notch the oil pan to clear the front diff. I used the stock 5.3 truck mounts and welded a block to the frame. the drivers side coils just clear the brake booster thanks to a 3in body lift. Should be ready for the Superbowl weekend event. tawss04
My headers should be in Tues. F-body ceramic coated shorties are the only thing I found that would fit, got em for a $120 on ebay Gonna try to finish the wiring, hook up the brakes and install my B&M Hammer shifter I'll get more pics.
