juriha
Anyone else on here snowmobile??? I have been snowmobiling since I was 4-5 years old and have had dozens of sleds, here is my current ride, a 2005 Arctic Cat Firecat 700 Sno Pro. This is my winter passion, usually average around 2-3k miles a year. Also posting the SS showing how we get to where we ride. So post up your sleds if anyone else on here rides...when in doubt braap it out! bison1040
Used to have a '99 Polaris RMK 600 But I had to give it up because of the job. I really would like to get either a 800 Rush Pro-R or a new 800 Switchback Pro-R... Wide open til you see God, then brake!
Krambo
I need to dig up my pictures and scan them in. I had a couple of sleds in my day: 1993 Polaris Indy 650 tripple - classic sled, fast for the time. Piped, clutched, studded and jetted. Used this for tooling around local. The suspension is NOT good for trail riding upstate NY. 2002 Polaris 800 XCSP Edge - Piped, boost bottle, reeds, clutched, re-jetted, studded track and a complete NOS system that I never had the opportunity to fire. I hit an ice break on the reservior at 110MPH and was kicked off the sled. Broke my back in 4 places and banged up to all hell. That was the end of my sledding career. Funny you mention that, I just got outta the hospital due to my sled, long story short, crested hill, trail banked right, I was in the air, couldn't set it down in time to make corner...dumped it, lacerated spleen. Be back riding in a couple weeks. Gonna put a dent in my mileage goals...BTW, not a scratch on the sled.
