I would then be able to turn my current SS into a dd (add the bolt ons and good tune). I would consider the DEI SS as an investment. SSThunder Posted March 5, 2011 Report Share Posted March 5, 2011 yeah guy won't get that much for it. These trucks are not an investment. But I do think they stickered for around $41K-$42k in 2003. I kept my sticker and pretty sure it was $41K. Didn't pay that much but damn I had more than that into it after mods. Still can't believe I spent that much on modding my SS but it was fun and worth it to have a great looking truck that could run with most things on the street(car or truck).
