silverss05
I have Nitto 420s on my truck and just got it back from the dealer. I guess they did a rotation on my tires. I thought I remember reading on here that these tires are directional. Is there a way to tell if they are on the wrong sides? I tried looking but cant really tell a difference. What I noticed is that on one side the smaller angled cut goes down and on the other side it goes up. This is looking from the from of each sde. I will try to get some pics tomorrow before the truck goes into the transmission shop. Thanks for the help guys.
12'SROCK
Nitto 420s are a NON-DIRECTIONAL tire. All that matter is when mounting them that the specified sidewall is facing in. You can rotate how ever you want without any issues.
simz28
There not directional, but they do have an inside and an outside, it should say inside or outside on the sidewall of the tire
silverss05
Ok the the "line" down the middle of the tire where the water goes is toward the inside on all four wheels. Im almost positive all the sides walls arew here they should be. Ive had the tires for awhile now, but I'll double check so I can sleep at night. Thanks for the help. RebelOne
I had these tires on my F150, they are non directional, but the line that runs around the tire, should be on the inside of the vehicle.
