I know of two, as stated Thunder Racing- one of the guys from there has his own shop now also in Baton Rouge called Engine Power Systems (engpwrsys . com) , and a new one in Lafayette called Lethal Racing (lethalracing . com). I am considering both, Baton Rouge mostly because it's significantly closer to New Orleans.
