I just got my first estimate: $2109

 

Bumper $250

Upper Pad $60

Lower Valence $60

Bracket #1 $17

Bracket #2 $10

Lt Fender $193

Grille $117

Mount Bracket $35

 

Paint material $180

 

Body Labor $500

 

Paint Labor $500

 

What do yall think? I am thinking of buying the big parts that are for sure broken and fixing the thing myself...

Your pricing is very good. Last Oct. I drove into a post (long story) with my SS and the damaged looked the the exact same but my grill and bowtie were still ok. I spent about $5000 to fix it up and I did all the work myself except for bending and painting the fender. I did go with all GM original parts and I had to replace the core/radiator support. The cost to fix the fend along was $1300 (body work and paint).

 

Anyways good luck with the repair.

Well guys I decided to just claim it all on insurance. I have a $500 deductible and I thought, what have i been paying insurance all these years for anyways? Fix the broad's car and fix mine, get it over with. I am gonna see if the shop will throw in a new radiator and a bull bar/light setup....
