I drove into a post (long story) with my SS and the damaged looked the the exact same but my grill and bowtie were still ok. I spent about $5000 to fix it up and I did all the work myself except for bending and painting the fender. I did go with all GM original parts and I had to replace the core/radiator support. I have a $500 deductible and I thought, what have i been paying insurance all these years for anyways? Fix the broad's car and fix mine, get it over with.
