tonycillo Posted February 24, 2012 Author Report Share Posted February 24, 2012 you dont have to talk to dell tech for the support they have chat!... i am one of out IT guys for my company. we have over 100 laptops, and 50-70 desktop and 20 servers and arrays. only time we have to "call" them is on the servers and that is because that is easyer. but we have only 2-3 times in 3 years. it never crossed my mind to use our dell rep for worlk... so now i am getting a m14x for about 700 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
