An implant is currently being tested for use by the FDA to allows Islamic Terrorists to "speak To God".

 

The implant is specifically designed to be injected in the forehead.

 

When properly installed, it will allow the terrorist to speak to God.

It comes in various sizes: Generally from .223 to .50 cal.

 

The exact size of the implant will be selected by a well-trained and highly skilled technician, who will also make the injection. No anesthetic is required.

 

The implant may or may not be painless. Side effects, like headaches, nausea, aches and pains are extremely temporary. Not currently approved by the FDA.

 

Some bleeding or swelling may occur at the injection site. In most cases, you won't even notice it.

 

This medical miracle is provided by the various branches of the great American Armed Forces.

 

There is also a DIY model. It's simple to use, has a hand-held applicator, & has multiple use models range from 8-9mm. Simply insert into mouth and depress the little lever. This model may leave an odd aftertaste that lasts only a moment or two. There is no scarring of the facial area (although chipped teeth seem to be prevalent). A word of caution to users, GOD may not be all that happy to meet with you so soon.

 

 

*UPDATE*

The FDA has actually approved this; and the product name of "Terminalin". The circular denotes single application doses coming in .22-.50 calibers. As already mentioned, these are single dose applications, but the administering device can be used for multiple applications.
