Yea for your moods i would say thats a good time! Way to go. Taking the truck to the track is something that i havent done yet either.

i was nervous the first time down the track but after that i felt like i've been doing it forever haha

I have just joined this forum - I am in Australia and we have bought a 2003 SS to TOW our drag cars - never thought of taking it down the 1/4. Is 14 sec normal for a standard truck? I remember when we had our 97 Silverado and I took that down the strip and it ran a 19 sec or something pass.. Our drag cars run 7 seconds but I think it would be so different doing 14s in a truck!! Good job to everyone giving the 1/4 a go.

14 is not normal gotta do some molding to get it there. Hi 14 to 15 flat is around the norm. There are some pretty quick ones on here tho.
