isidroarreola
With a torch its not too hard. My brother actually used a welder and melted the rivets off. I would highly recommend removing the bed though. I dropped my back in like 4 hrs. With some help of course.
Silverad0 SS
It took me 2 days and a 30pack, I used a grinder and a air chisel. If you got a steady hand you can torch, I kept getting burnt so I went with the other method. A lift would have made it alot easier. And I recommend taking the bed off If your gonna torch
OUT2WIN
My flip kit kept the ride as close to stock as it gets. The leafs weren't unbearable when combined with airshocks and I liked that setup because pinion angle was spot on. I'll do either of those 2 setups before ever doing hangers again. (I've done 3-4 of my trucks with shackle/hangers)

Jon, just do the leafs beltech does give a way sportier feel hangers and shackles way to much work hangers mean drop the gas tank grind the rivet face flat, and drill it out was the easiest and left a clean hole

jeremybieser
So what I have gathered here is the Belltech leafs are the easiest route, and that is the only thing one would need to buy for this lowering of the rear?
NORCAL SS
thats is correct belltech leafs with the shorter belltech shocks and shock extenders and you will be good to go. I have all of that here also
