Tmuzzy68
Recently I've noticed a ticking noise in my engine when I accelerate hard. It doesn't happen all the time. I am not able to locate where its coming from. Any ideas?

The_aSSet
Does it speed up with the RPMs? Our valve trains are known to be noisy to begin with.

zippy
Exhaust leak. Check your bolts on your exhaust maniflolds. There are a few others places you can look for exhaust leaks, but manifold bolts backing out or breaking off are very common. That is the first thing I'd check.
