Bonj87
ok i recently traded in my 99 silverado 1500 LS for a 2003 SS boy i sure am happy but i have this left over stealth subwoofer i took out of the 99. i paid over 500 bucks for this thing, plus the installation. This is the type that goes under the rear seat. it has a 12 inch JL Audio subwoofer in it. its louder than Fook.. but i dont want to put it in my SS It will fit... but I dont want to drill the hole to properly mount this thing.. soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Its for sale. shipping will be a pain,, cuz its so big and heavy.. but if anyone wants it.... 350 bucks!!! Local Chicagans can even come pick it up.. and swap SS stories. [email protected] is my email
d_a_n_payne
What model is the 12?
BlackySS13
JL12W3 I've got the stealth box too and it sounds pretty good. I didn't drill any holes, and with the seat down, it won't go anywhere, so I would consider keeping it.
Bonj87
you'd think so. but my reason for having it is so that 'they' wont rip it off.. if its bolted down, they'd have to go the extra mile to get .. your usual theif wont go that far
BlackySS13
I gotcha. I don't have to worry too much about that here in Indiana. (Knock on wood)

SSminneapolis
even if it is bolted down...they will get it. trust me....and they will do more damage to your vehicle trying to pry it out...

Bonj87
this goes on the drivers side, under the rear seat. it would be quite hard to get this out of your vehicle, even by doing dammage..its a big thick bolt going thru the floor to hold it in. d_a_n_payne
I think 350 is a little pricey. I think 250 sounds about right. Its a good s ub though.
Bonj87
well, brand new they are 500 bucks so 350 is a good price, but im negotiable. I dont want to lose out of 50% of my investment.. but if someone is interested, please let me know.. i need to get rid of this sub since i wont put it in the new SS.
