Stoshball Posted June 26, 2013 Report Share Posted June 26, 2013 So I'm Bumping up to the siemen deka 60lb injector and wondering what the difference is between the ev1 plug and the ev6 plug. Pros, cons and is there a difference in the pig tails I want to order them from racetronix and theres only say uscar compatable but doesn't specify if there for one or the other. And like I said the racetronix site just says there pigtail is uscar compatable, if the ev1 and ev6 are different which one is the right one for the uscar pigtails? xr4tic Posted June 26, 2013 Report Share Posted June 26, 2013 EV1/EV6/USCAR are codes for the injector bodies http://www.rmaperformance.com/tags/ev14/ Newer EV6 injectors have the same connectors as USCAR, but I think the older EV6 can be used with EV1 style connectors. Stoshball Posted June 26, 2013 Author Report Share Posted June 26, 2013 Yeah I did some research and it seems the ev1 is a mini timer plug and newer ev6 is the uscar and the ev6 has a different slightly stronger clip design.
