I bought it from SAE Parts new in the box never been on a truck. I bought the brackets on here from Carl. I will sell the ISS spoiler and brackets for $400 plus shipping. I will take Paypal. I paid more than that and have the receipt to show. Buy one from him now. Oh wait, There are no more to be had. There is one on here for $700 and it's used. Buy that one not mine.
