built04SS
Well disconected the harness and it ran fine... went back outside a few hrs later to start it and it went into limp mode again! I'm to the point to where I could push this thing off a cliff
Cramer
First thing first. Is the alt bracket cleaned of powder coat there it bolts to the block? If not that is the first thing I would address. If it is a clean ground to the block and the tabs where the alt bolts to the bracket are clean you should be OK for grounding. The next thing is your battery. Have you had it load tested? Then the connector is put on to the alt there is a draw in power and if the battery has a dead cell then the pcm senses an abnormal signal from the reg on the alt. I think the battery was fried from a lack of a ground from the alt. Sent from my Motorola RAZR MAXX using Tapatalk
built04SS
Yeah I have gotten rid of all the powder coating in the grounding areas and its grounding now and I haven't checked my battery I guess I'll check it next once my torque converter gets back
