I never bothered to fix it. I had WAY too much air at start up, so when I turned the key, it spiked to about 2500rpms or so, and scared the shit out of everyone around me. Lol. I could easily do this swap in about 2 1/2 to little over 3 hours So if any one runs into any problems I've most likely ran into it with this build.
