I guess I have to explain that.... micro splatter is when you have little dots all over the place.within the painted surface. Edit.... Maybe I didnt have a issue since he sold me his own taillights and third brake light off of his own personal truck. No that would be poor atimization. Micro splatter is small sections that look like translucent spider webs. It also shows up like a haze or cloud effect when the light shines through. Your were told half right. Improper mixing can cause all sorts of odd things. Spraying technique can cause this... well tip size and gun adjustment, air pressure ect....
