MattGuppy
There is several ways to do it and it all depends how involved you want to get. If you want the simplest way to do it you could put a 2 pole switch in front of your starter relay, doing this will keep it from even cranking. For similar effort and maybe better effect you could put the switch in front of your fuel pump and it would make the would be theif think that your truck is just broken as it would crank but not start. A extremely secure long term storage would be to have a magnetic latch relay between your battery and the rest of the truck and hide it good so when you flip that switch there is 0 power to your truck anywhere. -Matt
fast4popper
All of which will work. But if they truly want your truck, it'll be gone. Or destroyed where it sits. I say cut the fuel supply via relay on the power lead.

I say cut the fuel supply via relay on the power lead. Well said, if they want the truck enough they will take it. I am interested in your security Fast4popper. An elderly couple from upstate NY with a Cyclone had some interesting things on their truck. Don't want to get into details but down the line I will need to be in touch.
