22runbull Posted March 18, 2015 Report Share Posted March 18, 2015 I was towing my Motorcycle and Car back home to Ga and had my truck in over drive going up a hill trans gave out no service engine light on .......when you put in gear it's just spinning can anyone tell what it maybe ?????? EXGM Posted April 6, 2015 Report Share Posted April 6, 2015 I think it depends on the problem. I bought a s blazer flipper that I did several years ago. No reverse so I knew sun she'll was toast, no codes for that condition. Tore it apart and it was stripped..... Not every condition will turn mil light on. Your trans is toast.... There is a good possibility it is sun shell. I can't remember the exact year but I think it was after your 03 where they went to a different style hardened shell to prevent this.
