SilveradoJakee Posted November 12, 2015 Report Share Posted November 12, 2015 The stock heads that are on there, if you fully port and polish them, they will do great! Those 243 heads, you fully port and polish them, they will out flow your motor. GM does a really great job with making power because of the flow. Even stock. I'd go with getting heads on your truck re done and while you are in there get your cam swapped out for a boosted cam that fits your needs and your truck needs. then get it dyno tuned.
