If done rigth you could run your stock exhaust system even with a Radix truck and still get the power of a catback, or the sound of open exhaust http://www.atpturbo.com/root/releases/release091004.htm Ok, I talked to Paul and he said it is not solenoid activated so it will start to open around 2-3psi and by 5psi it is fully open, well enough to bypass the exhaust needed. This is nice for us truck guys who see boost at part throttle but don't truely want the thing open 100% at only 2psi. F8L Z71 Posted November 10, 2004 Author Report Share Posted November 10, 2004 It opens up when it sees more than 2psi and then works like a cutout to bypass your exhaust system or muffler. FI cars/trucks like to a very free flowing ehxuats but the trucks owners cometimes don't ;) So it's kind of like an electric cutout without the electric or switches.
