Smokey
I read on the PCMForLess FAQ that they can tune the transmission to act similarly as if a shift-kit was installed. I suppose they just sorta raise the rev limiter for each gear? What I want to know is how it acts compared to an installed shift kit and if anyone has both the tuned PCM and a shift-kit (from Trans-Go or anyone) and how they work together? mwalls54
in his tunes he ups the line pressure and changes the shift times. does not change rev limiter. shift kit is better on the tranny imo. i have tune, shift kit and billet servos
zippy
if you plan to do a shift kit, you need to tell him that when you order the pcm.
