PVerspeek
Just got home with my new truck. Already drove it for approx. 100 km to get home; and really enjoyed the ride. I've already figured out lots of things about how stuff works.. But, how do I get those inner lights running; next to the front indicators??? I got them already on, pressing the open button on the remote; but can I drive with those to? More questions will definitely follow.. smit
Are you referring to the DRL's? {daylight running lights} They're on during daylight hours when the car is in drive. The truck will automatically switch to headlights when it gets dark enough. This can be done manually too. You should really read your owner's manual. There's tons of info in there about the lights, DIC, etc. Good luck. I'm sure you're going to love it.
ChevySSandChevy8.1
those yellow bulbs next to the turn signals are the Day light running lamps, if its bright out those are the lights that are used.
PVerspeek
Thanks, after reading the manual I found out. I'm working on the truck a lot these evenings, after the dayjob. For the technical control and homologation they had to change some things on the truck. No DLR, no sidemarkers, rear foglight, ... So changed that already back. Now thinking how to implement front fog lights. Also working on the electricity for towing, as European trailer connections are different. Already took the connector on the truck apart, and labelled everything last night. Have to go to the shop today to buy a new connector and attach everything. I'll post some pics with that. and still waiting for my delivery. Grill, etc.. Pascal
