i just put a deposit down on a yellow lab. supposed to be able to take him home on the 1st of May. Im really excited. He comes from a huge background of hunters and retrievers. I think labs or golden retrievers are some of the best pets out there.

Im with 2BFAST...the 9th of May doesnt work, but anytime other than that you will be able to count me in.

I would love to come down there for a g2g. I am book through May 9th though. It would have to be sometime after that for me to go down there. I will try to make it though if its a time where I already have something going on. Kenny

I dont have many mods on my truck yet, but i do have long tubes. I would have to say that Long tubes and a custom tune helped out my truck alot. I went with the Pacesetters. I dont know much about the OBX. also there is no emissions testing here in South Dakota so i took out my cats as well. I run a Magnaflow dual in dual out 3 inch. I really like what I have and it added some seat of the pants power anyways.

I think the hardest part would be to take the cluster apart. other than that, its just a few LEDs i believe. I could be wrong though. LEDs should only cost a few cents a piece too. How bright is it at night? Is it blinding even if you turn the dimmer down? Sometimes that blue stuff gets bright.

I think he has the 2wd SS. I think it would look awesome IMO. maybe only like an inch different, but i would go with like a 315 wide on the back and like a 275 on the front. I like looking at vettes from the back and see those wide tires back there.

My best advice is to go through some old forum topics and read up. there is a ton of information on this site. I started reading through here before I even got my truck. Go to the How to section and do some of the things in there. Then, do some searches of some things you want to do, ie. exhaust, programming, etc. I would look into programming first. i believe that is possible. i did some work to my uncles duramax for him, i put in an edge tuner, exhaust, and intake. those things haul some serious arse when ya get those tuners on them. I didnt get any times, but seat of the pants feel was awesome.

Along with my truck I drive a 1996 Ford Probe SE. Yeah its classy

I agree DJ. i see your from Rapid City. Ive been looking at some jobs out there for when I graduate in May with my Electronics Degree. I think we should get some sort of g2g going in the spring.

i heard they are kinda hard to install, i was thinking about putting one on my SS. too expensive for the shop to do it, but also I dont know if I want to rip into my ignition switch wires either.

and it will be amazing just like the last one...keep it up...
