so far it has not come back since I posted.......I have a B&M/Long 70273 trans cooler waiting to go in

2006 silverado 4.3 4l60 I'm getting the same squeak sound as of this week........only makes the noise after my truck has warmed up and is sitting in gear, in traffic. I parked it, put the Ebrake on and put the trans back in gear......the noise is definately coming from the bellhousing area.

no glue holding the chrome to the black mesh, just tabs like the painted mouldings? stupid question....... but how does the 06 grill remove from the truck?

formed chrome can be removed by soaking it in purple degreaser......that is how the hobby guys remove the chromed-plastic from their RC car rims and other parts Zep Purple Degreaser worked to clear the gold chrome from my factory Bowtie
