  1. haha its true, i witnessed it first hand. Big Dave = Evil

Today he blasted the shit out of some gardeners blowing leaves in the street!!!

He and I were driving to his work and some gardeners were cutting and trimming a center median in the road that had trees and grass, one of the gardeners was in the street blowing crap all in the air and dave swerves into him and lays on his horn...His butt puckered up so quick I thought he was gonna swallow the rake up his ass!!!

So ....YES DAVE = EVIL...but a funny one!!

  2. what size hose are you running for your horns and at what psi? where did you get your pump?

Hornblasters.com and my switch shuts off at 115 psi. I'm gonna upgrade later when everything else is done but so far I love it. I was at work yesterday waiting on a car ship to come in and I started wailing on my horn and my buddy whose the captain started wailing on his...was pretty funny. I small truck and a 700 foot 86,000 ton ship wailing back and forth with horns! :)

  3. ok no way its 5 exits after. and we're not really missing THAT much of pch. i dunno i think kanan would be cool though, most of it is only one lane so we dont have to worry about traffic cuttin in and crap and its a pretty fun drive and the view is way better than viergenes. whateva just my .02

Your two cents is not worth a penny!! Lol.

    Jfwy!

Yeah Kanan is gonna be alot of fun. We can even stop off at the biker bar and honk the shit out of our train horns!! :)

I think dave's got a good idea, we should make this a monthly meet at the shows!

  4. im down for earlier... if anyone from the area doesnt go to the carlsbad... since it is 3 1/2 hours drive, we can meet aug 26th at the supersunday show.... anyone else for that matter since it is on Sunday and not saturday...

I'm down for that too. So your not coming down to SD? If not that's cool. I'll be back for the sunday gtg. I'm up for meeting up at the end of every months as well...as long as I'm here.

  5. ...where else would you be? :dunno:

I'm a navigation officer on merchant ships and I'm usually out of the country 4-6 months a year, and I take alot of vacations too  . My guess is I'll probably be in Thailand or China or some shit like that towards the end of the year...we'll see though. But if I'm here I'll definetly go out the the track, if not to run then to watch people run.

  6. im down for another meet, only this time LETS NOT MEET UP AT 730 IN THE MORNING. i had a problem with that and i only live 15 minutes away. i know you Inland guys will back me up on this one

Yeah...lets meet EARLIER!!! Seriously...we could of gotten some much better parking spaces if we showed up at a quarter to 7. Yeah that's right biatch I said let's get up earlier!!! HAHA

  7. ok ok ... whos the cool guy with the train horns??? ive been wanting to do that forever!

I think there was 4 or 5 of us with train horns. I know three for sure but couldn't be sure because at one point during the cruise everyone was laying on their horns. Dave's got a good story of scaring two chicks on bikes as he was passing them by.

  8. STI was sleeping at the light or didn't know how to launch. He should IMO beated you due to his trap speed. He was pulling really hard at the end. Given a better driver I assume you'd have been given a better race.

I have an STS and that was quite disapointing by the red SS but must say he looked like he gave up half way through as he was just cruising through the last 1/8th mile.

Nevertheless your truck looks bitching and great runs.

Sidenote: Altitude would effect you more than the Turbo'd cars. N/A and blown engine's have shown to lose more power at Higher elevation than turbo'd cars/trucks.

  9. Where'd this post come from? Anyways, Was a great car show and a pretty good turn out with the trucks. Next time we should get there alot earlier so we can do our best to stay together at the show. I was there at 6:45 and was parked next to a mini cooper and a Ferrari 360. Ended up giving up my spot to a Ferrari 599 so I could squeeze in next to the few trucks that were fortunate enough to park together.

Here's a few pics I took of the cruise up PCH after the car show, had more but someone dropped my camera in a Margarita...lost half my pics! 1poke.gifgr_jest.gif

This was me pretending to be leading the pack...I later found out that my truck makes a good road block too!!

  10. Huntington beach sounds real good but the exotics at the Calabasas show make it too hard to pass up really. If there's a show going down in HB that we can join in we should do that. Also I know of a few places in Venice where we can all find parking. That would be cool but would require alot of walking on the beach to get to the boardwalk and walking on the beach with all you Homo's would make me uncomfortable. We could stop at Duke's or Gladstone's on PCH for lunch. Both have big parking lots.

  11. i may make a weekend out of it, but i dont want my truck to get jacked and end up in mexico somewhere... lol

plus its about 3 hours drive..

Dave, we should see who we can get up here to roll down with us. I'm thinking we'll have to leave ballz early but we could probably pick up a few people along the way too! My ex gf lives down there too, I think I might go egg her house!! Lol

Chase Gas lamp sounds good as long as your driving!
