  1. I've got my flamesuit on, but here's a '99 my buddy and I did back in early 2000... There was obviously no SSS at the time so it wasn't intended as a clone, but regardless... Truck still looks good today, with 250+K miles. He arguably gets more compliments on his than I do.

  2. I have raced one and blew its doors off, now off road is another story but in the 1/4 they don't stand a chance unless its been mildly modded

Tell the salesman to line up with you and to put his money where his mouth is LOL

Same story here- Neighbor has one (mind you, he's been thru a 5.6 Titan, a Hemi Ram, and a 5.7 Tundra; Each truck he's announced hob badly he was going to walk my truck...) I've donkey-punched his Craptor at least 3 times int the last 8 months, and if memory serves, I think the red truck has actually moved about 4 times in that time period.

  3. I live in Houston where it hardly ever snows so i love my 2wd, plus we have a 14bolt rear end compared to the 10bolt you AWD guys have. As far and rear drums go yeah they suck but that can be changed in acouple of hours, my 2WD has 4 wheel disc brakes now.

Your opinion doesn't count, because that black is BEAUTIFUL. ;) Jealous red truck guy here, obviously.

I am from Tennessee and the weather is suited for a 2WD I love my RWD SS after my tune I average about 18-20mpg. I am doing the rear disc conversion to mine as well but I have never had aproblem stopping either, as far as snow ect 2WD isn't the best but I was stationed at FT Lewis WA for 3 years and as long as you ain't trying to be Super Dave it done just fine

Don't ake me post the snow Jackassery vids from the Summit for you- Ski Mountain Rd makes me love the AWD every winter. ;)

  4. Sign me up, ours is a toy hauler 90% of the time. +1 for the Tekonsha Prodigy, 1300 LB trailer, T/A at 3779 LB, and usually 400+ of track gear. The Camaro is a relative lightweight at 3500 and a big cooler full of beer ;) . Keep it off cruise on hills and let the big dog eat.
