Chips belong on DD's and OBD1 shiz.
-
You say that like it's a bad thing...

I get about 10 MPG with this setup if I'm trying to be concervative with the right foot. It's easy to get carried away though and I find it pulls well, but obviously could use helper bags out back... Soon! These pics were without a motor in the car, but sits about the same since the motor went back in, as I usually don't load the car so far forward.

That looks strangely familiar.

I've got the 420s in the same size, they look just fine IMO.
-
Derale has had them for years- I think it's ridiculous, buy a cast finned pan and a big cooler.
-
Yeah a little talked-about fact is swapping to an 80E costs you 2-MPG; the intermediate shaft design kills economy.
Mr. P.
Yeah, and our MPG is already delightful, to say the least.

Since the advent ov the lsx, it's worth precisely nothing.
J/K, what they said, $5-600 easy.

I see 'em everyday- Damn Canadian Snowbirds.

Dex-cool sucks.

It's a bomb. Run for your life.

Cast my vote for Bilsteins. I use them on everything, but put a set of Monroe Reflex on the SSS a couple years ago (my Monroe Rep practically gave 'em to me) and I wish I had ponied up for the 'Steens. I'll be going to Bilsteins again once I get annoyed enough with the Reflex's.

She's a beaut, great work!

imo you will be ok , that load should be right around 5k and that converter was rater to tow like 5k behind a tb weighing a bit less. with the added tq i think youll be ok. not sure on how your tune is setup with the verter locking with towhaul though , might want to see if it locks , that will keep the heat down. other wise i wouldnt think twice as long as your trailer is setup ok .
What he said- I had to make a few tweaks to keep my converter locked (without constant pedal modulation) when towing. I can set it on 75 with the car behind it and stay in lockup on all but the steeper grades.

My beater is my TBSS
Damn, I hate that for ya.

Ain't no thang, you didn't miss much. I'm there most every day, sans weekends.
-
Sounds like somebody needs to fix his shiznit.
-
I need a tow pig for the LS cars, and let's face it, I can't drive boring shiz.
It's a Vanity thing. LOL
-
I am getting a tune but I have two codes come up need to know if I have to have them fixed before I get the tune? One is P0101 MAF Sensor Signal Range/Performance could this be caused by MAF Sensor being descreen. The other is P0442 EVAP System Small Leak.
1) Yes
2) Tighten your gas cap.

How did I immediately know that was Dallas' Vehicross even before I looked at the username...

Hours are 8-4, anytime during. I don't do Saturdays.
-
Without a doubt, come on down. All you truck peeps might just spur a revolution among the predominantly fbod enrollment of PCLSx. ;)
-
Mighty fine lookin' Jimmy-800 sir! You and Hypergas might just be fraternal twins. ;) If you get the chance, swing by Saturday and rub some elbows.
-
What belts? GM Claims them to be lifetime service.
-
Can't say I'm glad to see you sell the truck, but as you can imagine, I approve of the replacement. ;)
