Hell yeah, Nixsupersport and I are trying to get something together so by the time I get back from Iraq we can cruise the mean streets of Minnesota. Let fellow SS owners know about this and I'm sure I keep you guys posted. I think Mankato would be a great place to have this thing. Its a large town and has lots of stuff to do plus all the college girls running around there makes it just that much better.

Hey is any body from Minnesota or Iowa. Don't ya think we should get a cruz or something together. I live in south central Minnesota, Blue Earth to be exact and will be back from Iraq in Sept. Does anybody want to get together, have a few beers? Well we gotta do something to show off the baddest truck ever.

I had a 99 Z71 that I repainted after Basic then I sold it to my brother then I bought a 1979 Trans Am that I still have. Plan on putting a LS2 402 with a built 4L60-E and 4.10s in the TA and paint it Jet Black to match my 04 SSS.

Wow, how did you get into that?

Yeah Get some pics of that. I may have to haul some trailers and my yard has random objects in it so I really need to know what I'm backing in too. It could've really helped in my last truck when I was drunk and backed in something in the yard coming from my burn pit. But I have my own body shop so no biggie.

Hey Guys. I'm from south central Minnesota currently serving in Iraq. Just bought a Black 2004 Silverado SS. Was wondering if any body is from around here and wanted to know if there is any gatherings or shows to be showing up to soon? I'm happy to own one of the best trucks ever and even happier to get started on modifying it for max Perfomance, Audio, and show quality.

Does anyone have one of those Fire and Ice LED strips? I was wondering how bright the signals and especially the backup lights are?

Hey Buddy I'd go with the Ram Air. Nobody from where I am has one but they do run those fake ass looking lund ram air things IMO look gay. Everyboody where I'm from gets real impressed if you have somethings that looks badass and is functional too. Too bad I already have the Volant Ram Air intake rendering the hood pointless but is still and option due to the volant's lid on there box.

Well In your opinion how good is the Bose? My truck already has a subwoofer set up and on my last truck my mids and highs couldn't keep up with the lows from a 1000w amp powering a single 12" DVC audiobahn so I had to add a 500w four-channel. That sucks that the screen hits the shifter!

Do you know how I can get ahold of wheatly? and do you know about how much he charges? as far as the exhaust goes it sounds like I'll go with the long tube headers and true dual exhaust. I got to know, is this going to be freaking loud or what? I hope it is cause the fuzz in my town don't mind that much as long as I don't go through one part of town. and I live in the country anyways. With my own Body shop.

Hey Is anyone using a fold out unit in there SSS? I was thinking about putting one in and don't mind losing the annoying chimes and I don't have Onstar but I would like to keep my steering wheel controls. Should I keep my Bose or go with after market speakers and a 4-channel?

Hey Buddy I've been debating that too. Do you know anyone near southern Minnesota that could do that for me? I really can't be without my truck for to long or I'd be forced to drive my Trans Am.

Hey Guys, I'm serving in Iraq and was wondering if anyone on this site is near Southern Minnesota. I also wanted to know if there is any carshows or SSS gatherings coming up near my area. I'm affraid I won't be able to make it back to go to the Car Craft Super Nats in St. Paul.

Hey Guys is any one using one of these Crane Cams Powermax tuners? I'm looking at buying one for its expandability because you can switch cam and even add a Supercharger and the tuner will still be able to tune those things. It will also be able to remove rear catalyst tests. And I like how it can go back to stock. I appreciate your guys opinions.

Hey Guys, I'm new here. Right now I'm serving in Iraq and bought my 2004 SSS that is just waiting for me to start the mods. The truck already has a Volant Ram Air Intake and a Gibson Single Swept exhaust for power mods. I have OBX headers waiting for me when I get home and I will also be adding a 160F Thermo and a Crane Cams Powermax Tuner. My question is should I keep the Gibson exhaust or should I go with true duals right off the headers and maybe and X-pipe. I would still like decent fuel milage but am willing to sacrifice a little milage for max performance. I appreciate your guys opinion.

Oh yeah and it would be cheaper not to mention you would be able to smoke plenty of power adder vehicle with a N/A truck.

Hey Buddy, I would go with exhaust first and then do your Cam you should see about the same horsepower as if you just did the supercharger first.

Hey Man, I seen some smoke tail lights on eBay and with the shipping it would be like seventy dollars which is a lot less then a ticket from the Fuzz.
