did that about 4 months ago never changed a thing today the dic went from 12.9 to 13 guess its getting a little better when i bought the truck with 38000 miles on it the dic said 12.7 today i rolled over to 48000 getting closer to the big 50

thats an actuator it allows a 4x4 trucks front diff to lock in without you going out and locking your hubs i had to replace 2 on the old 4x4 since i bought it they will run you about 80 bucks any one correct me if im wrong i dont know why our trucks will have one -
no prob that was the factory tires at 40000 miles i got some new ones now yokahama avic suv i like them so far much better then the goodyears

i just brought mine without the letter and they hooked there little scanner thingy up and ordered me one but the first time i brought it they acted like this recall was not going on my spedo flutters aroung 55 and sometimes it dont feal like im going as fast as the spedo says

thats with a house land down here is going for 7.5-10 thousand an acre but its alot of trouble to build due to all the new standards after the hurricanes now your house has to withstand like 2000 mph winds and crap like that. i didnt feal like messing with all that

now thats crazy right there the part of louisiana i live in might have 20 houses in 10 miles of me worth 400000 they must pay you guys alot on the west coast and about that pmi they did tell me that it would be taken off when i reach 80% of money borrowed but will have to pay 400$ to appraise and they also told me i wouldnt have to pay it if i would have put 25% down but damn i still got to buy furnature and appliances

yeah they pretty cheap down here i just got lucky i guess the best part about it its not even in town have 4 houses around me quiet neighborhood so i jumped on it i didnt want anything too fancy for my first home hopefully in the next couple of weeks ill have pics of the ss hauling furniture

Thanks for all the help guys they locked my loan in today my notes will be 277$ plus 53$ for pmi insurance a month for 30 years @6.25 but im pretty sure i can knock that out in 15 or less the guy gave me the key and i went out there for about an hour today man i cant wait Thanks again, Brandt

Thanks alot Black2003SS yea i will have a fixed intrest rate at 6.25% for 30 years (damn thats a long time) i guess thats good the house im purchasing is not to expencive so i hope to have it paid off in less then 15 years with no penalties im not going through a realtor im buying from current homeowner who aquired it from a bank who forclosed on it so i think i got a deal 2 bed 1.5 bath aprox 1000sq. ft. under roof 1.1 acre land three stall horse barn with shop for 48000 (runon sentence much) don't know about fees i will ask about that tomorrow thanks for the heads up i might have to take you up on that pm Brandt

old people owned it has no covered carport trust me thats the first thing that will be done then i might get the electricity turned on lol
