  3. ok so cutting the rear bumpstops will soften the ride a little? mines not bad as the belltech bumpstops are alot softer than the stock ones.
  4. is there anywhere reasonably priced to stay? it would be me, my wife & 3 kids? it's about an 8 hour drive for me, but none of us have ever been to SD, & we haven't had our family vacation yet so we debating...
  5. yeah i didn't realize there was that much difference for the bumpstops with these springs.... so actually how much of a gap should you have between the bumpstop & the springs then? I mean my rear bumpstops are close to the frame at ride height but not quite touching the leafs.
  6. I am looking to sell my 4th gen Ipod nano, it is brand new only taken out of the box had a couple songs loaded on it, then never used! have the original plastic box , the cord & everything that goes with it. $120 shipped obo
  7. no you don't need to cut anything off the rear bumpstops. The factory rear bumpstops are mounted to a bracket that is bolted to the frame. Remove the whole bracket bumpstop & all you will see a hole in the frame.... that is where you bolt in the belltech bumpstop! (right to the frame) no need to cut anything. As for the front bumpstops I cut 2 nubs off those
  8. mine is nicknamed honeypot
  9. cut 2 nubs off the front bumpstops & mount the new belltech bumpstops to the frame on the rear! fit's nicely! none of us have used a carrier bearing relocator & you won't have to worry about shims with the real leafs!
  10. here is mine with belltech rear leafs & no spare

  18. thanx for all the comments guys! To complete the look i want for my truck I'd love to get some stock tails & tint them again, but the damn popo didn't like my last set & gave me a nice ticket!
  19. we will be in town saturday with the SS, but not sure for how long...
  20. easiest answer to this question is that I did all these mods myself in my own garage. Just look at the emblems & think... you will figure out how I got my SS overlays done.
  21. Nice DD bike there DJ! I miss my 04 Yamaha V-Star 1100 custom!
  22. I don't like the ends of the intimidator spoiler! This way gives it kind of a sport truck/nascar flavor, plus my ducts are flat black, billet grille is flat black, racing stripes are flat black, I painted the rails on my tonneau flat black & i fionished off with the spoiler painted flat black! Oh yeah I pulled apart my headlights & blacked out the side markers. Have more in mind, but they will have to wait...
