I totally agree with MN C5 on this one. I have been up on all of this BioMass ethanol production since last summer. I feel that once this technology is proven on a commercial scale, it will make "gas" a thing of the past. I have been invested in a company called SunOpta for a while and have made a nice profit. I originally invested in them due to that I believe in their ethanol process even though they only invest a small percentage of their $$$ into the technology. Once thier technology is shown to the public and they show that they can produce ethanol cheaper than ANY other method in exsistance, watch out Middle East. This will be the future of combustion engines. Are you using the correct key fob for your driver 1 settings? if you are using the #2 fob you will have it set to the #2 setting when you unlock the truck with the #2 fob. I bump my heated seats all the time without knowing it as well.

Hey Zippy, I'll buy you a steak dinner if you want to look over my logs and tune as well. I would love to see how close I got it to your standards. Anyway, Jboy's tune with the break issue is on the stock PCM. I kind of think it has something to do with the Big Bear brake conversion and the BIG 23's. It is deffinately the ABS kicking in. We did the Radix install and flashed the Magna tune on the stock PCM this weekend. I drove it and the ABS kicked in under moderate breaking. Here is one for you Zippy, he ordered his Radix NEW and it came with a 2.9" pulley. We didn't get into any logging cuz it was late. What is your opinion on that one. Do you think Magna gave a very mild 3.3 tune with decreased timing and different fuel parameters to compensate for the 2.9? He is seeing 9psi in 1st gear and it pulls nicely. fuel pressure is fine as well. Just seemed strange that Magna will send out a unit with a pulley that isn't suggested for this application.

A lot of tracks are switching to the new NHRA standard for both Sportsman and Pro Tree reaction times, where .000 r/t is a perfect light. So either tawss04 was too slow or to quick. Ok tawss04, spill the beans.

I was quoted 1K. They were going to glass it in and finish it on the truck. No thanks. They trimmed mine a little too much and I may go somewhere else to have it filled sometime down the road. just seemed like alot of $$$ for the work.

...I cut up my fender and fiberglassed it to the updated Volant box. I used fiberglass down the fender to in front of the wheel. You can't see it and I now KNOW it is sucking in cooler outside air as this is the only inlet for the intake. By doing so I believe I now have a lower preddure drop across the filter. (anyone remember the CHP video with the old Volant box?). While I was at it I got rid of the thin filter lid and made a new lid of twill carbon fiber. Did it do anything?,...Up for debate. One thing for sure though, it isn't sucking hot underhood air.

Let me know if you find out anymore info on this. I would really like to run the lines away from the headders.

The NJ winterized fuel was crap for me. Just give her a tune up! (plugs, wires, clean air filter, fuel filter, clean your TB etc). An engine likes to be run at WOT once in a while as well.

Finally getting around to cleaning up the spagetti under my dash. Before I start tearing it all up, does anyone know the color of the + wire for the wiper motor coming from the fuse block under the dash? I know, just tear it up and find out,...I just thought someone will have that info handy.

I don't know about the punch but I think the sigs are getting alot better around here!
