  1. I like hearing this stuff about our vendors!
  2. Makes perfect sense but I got different readings on the dyno. Did it several times.
  3. When the PCM pulls 1* (KR) is that equilivent (in terms of power) as pulling 1* via a tune? Just curious
  4. $100 picked up in PA $100 plus shipping anywhere else
  5. That would be my first choice as well. But for half of the price, the Yank 2600TT is doing just fine
  6. Mac and cheese. I gotta go visit mom soon
  7. Mine are hollow. I blew out my High flow cats after about 8K miles so it was a no brainer to poke the rest out. I noticed a change in my AFR so additional tuning "may" help out there. It will be an annoying tone IMO for a street vehicle. As soon as I get around to it, I am going to change out my hollow cats. Not worth the gains IMO.
  8. What dyno shop was that? ...haven't been there yet? Cool deal
  9. See you tomorrow at the track! Glad it was an easy fix.
  10. 2150 SX?!?!?! The black/brushed aluminum housing? How much? I have one of them now and would love to have another as long as it's in good shape... Yup it is the black brushed Al housing. It was IMO the best amp for the $$$ back in the early 90's. Looked great, functioned flawlessly and had great power. If you are seriously interested, send me a PM. The amp is in absolute perfect condition albeit I haven't used it in some 10 years. I will see if I can dig up a picture my old amp rack I had in my IASCA built Mustang.
  11. Wow, HCCA amps. I haven't heard that in a while. I have 4 HCCA 225's in a box at my mother's house. They were strong amps that loved to go down to like 1 OHM or less. Fox_Forma, did that 250 have the fan in it or was that the bigger one. I know a few industry professionals that may have time to look at your amp. I will give them a call tomorrow and let you know. I still have a 2150SX (Orion) that I will be willing to sell if anyone wants it?
  12. I am running the TT2600 in a built 65E. I put alot of power through it and haven't ben in any trouble yet. Prior to the 2600, I was running the TT3000 and had no issues whatsoever. What Yank said makes sense but with the guys running the TB converters behind a blown application and having no issues, I would feel fairly confortable with the 2600TT. I know of several higher HP blown applications running the TT2600 with no issues.
  13. Watch out for the Spoof responses once the auction has ended. I bid and didn't win at least 5 auctions for cars and have gotten a "2nd chance" e-mail that looked legit but turned out to be a hoax. Bottom line is to make phone contact with them and do not wire the money to them unless it is FULLY insured. The scammers love to prey on the new E-bayers.
  14. ...and its only 2600 miles away from me.
  15. NICE! I am with you Holty, I have the zaino and now just use Eagle One Nano with a buffer. I can do the whole truck in an hour to 1.5 hours and I think the results are fantastic. Just do not think the Zaino is worth the time of all of those coats. It took me a weekend to do it last time. I like to enjoy showing it off more than rubbing it with a "diaper". To all that use the Zaino, I think the results are top notch and I really wouldn't want to park next a freshly zaino'd truck at a show
  16. I hear ya on the 3" collector Ben. My ASM's are starting to rust a bit and I may look into the ones you guys have. They are a nice looking piece! Be sure to post pick of the final install!!!
  17. What pin did you use off the PCM for the fan control?
  18. Do I see a Radix H/X in that grill? Whats done to the vette?
  19. Here is the quote and link to the post I thought was one of the best Radix threads on this site: BigTex quote: "Now, I did notice initially that I was running lean in the upper rpms when I installed my Radix. This is with a full modded truck with a 3" pulley. I ran it without an upgraded pump for a while. Then I added the inline walbro, but I was still lean on the top end. Adding fuel with tuning didn't help and my injector duty cycle was over 100%. Thats when I bought and hooked up a fuel pressure gauge. Immediately, I saw 59psi at idle. At WOT, fuel pressure would drop as rpms increased to the low 50s psi. As it turned out, the fitting that Magnusons instructions said to use for the fuel pressure regulator wasn't getting vacuum or boost. I tapped my boost gauge to the same spot and saw 0 boost. I then moved my fuel pressure regulator to a good tapped location on the manifold. Idle fuel psi went down to 49ish and at WOT, its over 60. That cured most of my fueling issues." New safety rules

Not sure. There is a local car club that organizes it. All you do is heads up racing on the runway. There is no timers but they do have the radar so finding your TRUE 0-60 is always fun. Its mostly old muscle cars and ricers. Alot of side betting goes on and it is only a $10 donation of which half goes to charity.
  21. Ohio Generator IMO. Ohio Generator Website They can do anything you want.
